Yes and no.

We run a 585 lexion on an 8 row head. We pick corn at 6-8mph because if we don't keep it full cracking and unshelled losses go way up. There are limitations to how small of a head you can put on a big combine and still get good results. No way would I want to try a 6 row unless you average well over 250bpa.
