Interstate 35 North ia		I ended up doing the wire brush on a drill and stuck them in the vise, they cleaned up pretty decent, there is some chrome discoloration but they seem to still have their strength, I dumped them in a bucket of diesel fuel for a couple days . Appreciate all the responses!!
