You might consider the new JD electric z-turn. My SIL has one & mows our yard (in town) with it. Runs great. I thought it might lack power when grass got tall. But, that wasn't the case. Nice to just plug it in to 110V outlet & have it ready to go in a few hours. We don't have huge lawns, but he can mow my yard and his on 1/2 a "tank" of charge.

Getting it ready next spring will consist of checking the air in the tires & checking the blades. 

Noise? When it's mowing it reminds me of a DJI drone flying overhead. When it's transporting it sounds like a golf cart.

Think about it.
