WC MN | After 34 days, of which I only needed to do 34, but I did 3 sets of 20…..
I don’t think my arms are bigger or smaller, but my chest doesn’t feel or look as “flabby or Mooby” as it did a month ago.
My lower abdomen seems to be getting the most workout…..
Don’t think I’ve done 60 push-ups in the last 25 years total before this.
Will see how this goes. Kinda fun so far .
