have a gas furnace in the farmhouse as a rental property. have free gas from the well. it and hot water heater run fine untill usually in the spring. it seems like after a warm day and then gets colder the next day the pilot goes out. usually after resetting the regulator a time or two it will stay on. any ideas? usually no trouble from april till feburary
