Western New York | I was recently in the FSA office and was told that all spending had been frozen. Apparently an executive order put all spending on hold until programs can be reviewed. This not only is affecting new loan applications, but loans that have been approved but not spent yet. However, the people at my location were unsure if this would affect the payment that was approved in December. Has anyone else heard anything about this spending freeze and what all will be affected? | |
