Not to piggyback on this post, but does anyone know if USDA REAP grants that were approved and the money allocated have been affected by this? We constructed a solar site for our bin site this winter and I need to start the process to get paid the grant money since it is complete and been operational for at least 30 days. We waited to start construction until our grant got approved and the money got set aside for us. Otherwise, we were not going to spend the money as the payback was not anywheres close. I'm assuming since the money was promised and allocated already that we won't have any problems, but I' a little worried with some of the stuff I've read on what has been being affected. TIA
