It's cooking steak and pork in a way I like the looks and taste better than a microwave and less fuss than the oven.
Any method has to be better than cooking steaks and pork in a microwave! I'm even shocked of all the online videos of people pan frying steaks. I'll admit they do usually look good but anything other than grilled is unheard if around here
