Keep the calf a bit hungry, I would not over due the supplementation, if you want that heifer's milk to come in that calf needs to keep after her and sucking her. Watch the calf if it starts going backward a little then feed it more, not sure what is going on with that heifer, but I kinda doubt she will be in the herd 3 years from now.
