Maybe if the job paid better more Canadians would do the job.
Maybe , wages are around $18 hr. ...Can get same + tip pouring coffee at Starbucks
Not so much a wage issue ,imho as not a very desirable job...like livestock packing plants, power washer guy at hog farms, washing livestock pots, veggie stoop labour,ect.
