Cash flow and liquidity will be king the next couple years as AG goes through this earnings challenges.
The value of the land matters only twice. The day its purchased and the day its sold.
I see too many banks willing to loan you up to way past the ability of the land to service its debt from a reasonable cash rent.
Too many comments that state that this time its different. Same mistake made in the 1970's IE they are not making anymore farm ground Plant Fence Row to Fence Row etc. The rich non Ag Investor didn't ride to the rescue in the 1930's or the 1970's and they will not ride to the rescue when the next 50-60% correction occurs.
