Central Nebraska | The stuff we put in back in 06 was $1000/ac before equip money. We have 120 ac of it. On small and odd shaped areas. Usually have 40-60 holes per year at most. Good thing about drip tape is the wind can’t blow it over. Bad is it takes more time to manage than gravity, holes, can’t water up crops or water in chemicals, uses more water than pivot does, works best when tape spacing matches planter (60” tape and 30” planter so each row is 15” away).
