Bottom of the Mitten | I've noticed too that the only snow so far has been lake effect. Seems like we always get at least one good dump of system snow. We've also had a few warm ups too and with that some heavy rain so I don't think we're really dry in my area, just lacking snow. This is just my seat of the pants observation. I don't keep track of precipitation amounts during the winter | |
