Call your cable company and tell them you will quit them because you can't afford to pay the bill, and I'll bet they find a way to reduce your bill.
BTW, who is your cable company? Are you paying "commercial rates" because of your business?
I pay $63 per month for two cell phones on Consumer Cellular. Streaming your TV signal is another option.
