Monett Missouri | Here’s what I can tell you about that pair. First calf heifer calved at 30 months. ( I know terrible right, developed on fescue and not more than 200 pounds of grain total). Picture was taken in Sept with 6 month old calf. I’m confident the cow won’t weigh 1100 pounds. No idea what frame score other than she’s short. Bull calf weighed 775 when I sold him in April or May. He was weaned and getting 2 pounds of grain per day. Along with all the fescue he could eat. Cow is still here. Hasn’t grown much more. Could weigh 1150. Her third calf is expected in March.
