SW WI | Pic 1 shows cone spirals even across from each other vs pic 4 which has them intermeshing...so definitely timing issue. Take both spirals off and verify the flat spot on each cone that accepts the shaft are machined identical and compare them to cones on another row unit with no issues. Then swap them from one row unit to another and see if alignment of spirals changes. Would tell you if problem is cones or shaft timing. | |
