I’m all for Cleveland cliffs buying US steel if they match the price and terms offered by Nippon. Problem is one offer is upper $30s per share in price , the other is $55 a share with agreement to invest in upgrades. They are publicly traded company. If you own stock in them, you want the best value for your investment.
