Subject: Taking Ceylon cinnamon


Casey IL. ( I -70 ) then south on rt.49		I have just read where taking 1/2 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon is good ( help lowers ) sugar in type 2 diabetes .
Has anyone tried this. If so tell me about your experience. Good or bad of it.
