E.Central MN | I've seen microwaves last in some pretty dirty areas, could have been that the older microwaves were built better than the newer ones. That being said, I'd check the wiring for low voltage and make sure the microwave was on a circuit that didn't have a bunch of other heavy power draws (like refrigerator) on it. A random power spike such as a lightning strike can wreck them, but not likely if that many have failed. | |
