I remember Big Iron promoting "the price you bid is the price you pay" as a major difference between them and the others.  I was loyal to Big Iron for a few years, then switched over to selling with Purple Wave.  Now that Purple Wave has sold to the majority interest to Copart it seems that a lot of company policy has changed too.
