I've actually got 2 different locations to do this style of 'remote' switching - after reading others info - I may use separate switch for Contactor at both - on my house - I will handle a little differently - I have 12v DC for a different control system available so on it I will run single 16 ga wire to a 12V relay that will be next to the contactor with the 110v coil for the air compressor (30 amp).
Other location - TBD - but probably 110V 14 Ga to separate Switch dedicated to Air Compressor/Welder Contactor | |
