Pittsburg, Kansas
Interesting.

We have been taking 5,000 IU D3 and 180 of K2 for quite a few years now. I think since before covid sometime heard of some of the benefits and decided it would not hurt us so started. first with D3 only and soon after found out we could get for the same price the D3 and K2 combo and the K2 might be important to direct where calcium goes.

Edit: Thinking back I think we started out with liquid drops that had 1000 units per drop and we took two or three drops a day. Then later we found higher amounts would not be harmful and we found some really small 5,000 unit pills that packed for traveling really well and been taking them since. Some years we only took in the winter, since finding more about D3 been taking them year round. Do they help???? Danged if I know. But I don't think they hurt us which is my number one criteria.
