Another woman's bra story. The story goes that a dairy farm was having trouble with the pipeline not washing right. After much not figuring out the problem the repair guy decided to start tearing the system a part. Low and behold they found a woman's bra stuck in the pipe line. The repair guy said the dairyman's wife must have been washing her bra in wash vat. Maybe a little hanky panky in the barn I guess or maybe their was more than a cow in heat. LOL.
I heard of a similar story recently of a large dairy experiencing washing problems. They found a sock blocking the wash water flow. Their assumption was that the employees were doing their laundry in the wash vat during the wash cycle, so the most obvious solution was to install a screen over the water inlet. The article in the dairy magazine about that incident didn't mention whether the employees got cautioned against doing their laundry like that any more or not. |
