I heard about the governors, biggest complaint I heard was it took 40 acres to make a 180 degree turn, at least for the fwd, IDK on the 2wd.
All depends on where the tires are set, tire size, and what you're comparing it to. Not a lot of stuff in 1993 turned really great, that was about the time contour frames and worrying about turning radius started becoming a concern.
I don't remember them being terrible, unless it had a loader.
