We have 1-Voip for a landline, $13.97 a month for 500 outbound minutes, unlimited inbound.  Great service.  It uses our Internet for the phone.

We have T-Mobile for the Internet @ $50 a month.  We also have a Roku stick which gives us a lot of other TV and movies.  Additionally we have Amazon Prime.  I was able to snag HULU for $1.99 a month during black Friday, it comes with commercials but not excessively in our opinion.

I don't watch a lot of TV so none of it matters much to me, and when I do watch TV most of it comes via an antenna.
