De Forest, WI | Mitchco - 2/9/2025 15:47 Well I’ve broken another phone. This last one was a Samsung S20. It took me less than 2 weeks to crack the screen in several places. Now in only 4 months the S20 has turned black. I went with another Samsung since my S7 lasted like 8 years before it quit even with it being cracked for the last 7 years. Who makes a good phone that doesn’t crack when you carry it around? Don’t suggest a fruity phone. My employer went to fruity phones about 7 years ago. I hate the operating system. I break those every few months anyway. I’m about to give up on phones altogether! Mitchco
Had same problem at my employer (3000 person company). They switched to all iPhones. Broken phones dropped to less than 5% and it was always the same people. Those people were put on AppleCare Plus after that so that it's $50 each time they break a phone (They pay after the first one).
Sorry, but outside of a military grade phone (Duraphone) iPhone it is for us. We have several hundred deployed and iPhones really are more durable. |
