Central Nebraska | One thing I find funny about these diets. I have young children and we don’t force them to clean their plates. We give them what we eat. Usually meat and veggies or whatever on the sides. Given the choice, my children’s diets are around 90% meat. They’ll eat some fruit here and there but almost always finish their meat. It’s fun to observe someone with no knowledge on the subject and no preconceived notions. | |
