If we weren’t intended to eat a balanced why so many different teeth? Dogs have meat eating teeth because they are supposed to eat meat my teeth and my chocolate lab have far different teeth. Our mouth structure tells us what our intended diet is. This is just another fad.
I agree we are designed for many different food groups.
