Yes, basically any meat. Fish and seafood is also good.

Some people believe, as I do, that ruminant meats have some advantages if you happen to have autoimmune issues or other health issues to resolve. But that is more for specific health problems.


Out of curiosity, do you find ruminant meat to be more palatable to you? I have no problem with pork, fish, and chicken - but when I restrict myself on occasion to nothing but meat, salt, and water, beef is the only thing that I actually like. I say that I like pork, but only when properly seasoned. Fish can be good as well, but it takes butter and seasoning.

Flop a ribeye or porterhouse into a cast iron skillet with a little salt on each side and it's delicious. It's almost as if my palate knows what is best for me...

Just curious as to what you have found in your journey.
