I guess we have never became that strict. My wife has talked about going carnivore for a month but I think about 3 days is all she has ever done without at least some plants. She especially craves onions.

The only thing we both have noticed is that nothing satisfies us like beef does. Pork is probably next best and chicken a distant third. That is funny because back in high carb days chicken was probably at or near the top of our dining list.

Beef just seems to have satiety.
