Southern Ontario | My good buddy had fungus under the nail(s) on his hand.
Tried various home remedies......no improvement.
Went through a series of 3 physicians/specialists and 5 different pharmaceuticals over a couple of years......still no improvement.
It was sore and he was frustrated.
His daughter told him of red light therapy.
He ordered the cheapest red light therapy (infrared) gun from Amazon.
Physically taped the gun on his hand, directed IR light towards his nail, when he was doing office work or doing screen time.
After about a month, he claims to be cured.
He is over the moon to be rid of this painful infection...no more irritation in his finger.
But he is pizzed that the, high cost, medical profession did not know about this cheap, safe IR therapy.
Attached link is the type of gun he purchased.....although not exactly the same. I could not find the exact unit he ordered. His was a yellow color, with very similar dimensions.
