Planter is currently calibrated for Aztec at the 3.3lbs/ A rate but would like to go back to the old 4.4lb/a generic force type products - looking at Fence - higher use rate seems to work with my planter better. Case IH hydraulic drive unit.
Anyone still come out to calibrate for a generic product or only for the name brand products?
put a baggie on the outlet and drive 100' and weight it on a gram scale. Adjust accordingly. There isn't much useful for free anymore unless you want your seed or chem rep or the deere dealer to take you golfing or pickup your bar tab going to a ball game. |
