I don’t know, we and pretty much everyone around has used LV6 for mustards in wheat for as long as I can remember. Maybe we’re hurting ourselves and don’t know it. My go to mix is 8 oz LV6 with 1/10 oz Ally, although sometimes I use Finesse instead of Ally.
