I've seen several expand to the point that they cant get it all planted and harvested in a timely matter even in a normal weather year..I remember one year when one of them was still planting beans the last week of July..They did get lucky as we had a real late freeze that year...The beans ended up making 25-30 bpa when most years they would have got frozen..
