We built a shop for the purpose of not having to work every damn weekend to keep machines running and purchased land to get to the size we feel is our economic apex, a farmer needs roughly 1500 acres to feed a family and farm,
Is location specific as 1,500 acres @ $300 acre rent is a nice income with little rent
