| If you’re already renting it you’re not expanding or adding to your work load , you might as well be making payments and adding to equity.
If you’re profitable with the beef at 10 million gross then you should be able to hire someone who is good help whether you spend $50 or $100 k / year. If the beef isn’t that profitable then sell them and put the funds towards the land purchase . As several have said you can always rent or sell it but may not have another chance to purchase again . | |
