Does your ASC office say about it? To me that should hold some weight. Or is it taxed separate and lists the acres?
I'm on the OP's side on this already because they should share the as applied data freely if there is nothing to hide.
However, even though 110 acres sounds high if there is only 92, I would ask what kind of fields are we talking about to begin with here. Square 92 acres or 12 fields shaped like puzzle pieces? Those odd shapes can add up quick when a 90ft spread is trying to get a 10 foot wedge. |
