Have a guy with a lathe turn you a thick bushing from solid stock, might be tricky getting it hooked up, I do something similiar with a disk hitch, I stuff sticks or zip ties in the hitch to hold the bushing up then back the tractor into it, helps with 2 guys to get it lined up.
