By the size of that hitch and drawpin you are pulling a pretty big implement with a lot of power. The only way to remove the slop is with a bulll pull hitch. If you tighten that existing setup to the point where there is no slop, something else is going to give. I would call what you have just normal wear, especially if you are putting 500 HP thru that hitch pin. Is that bottom piece over the drawbar an add on to make the pin size smaller? If so you should get a bigger hitch part for the field cultivator so you could use the proper drawbar pin or get a bull pull.
