Faunsdale, AL | I agree that sounds about twice as expensive as I would have guessed.
I have one with a CAV pump in a skid steer loader with around 9000 hours. It is leaking a little around throttle shaft, but still running great.
The typical worn out pump that I’ve seen begins to have trouble starting while hot even though it will still start up fine while cold. Engine and injector performance tend to behave the opposite.
