You must use a bucket differently than I do if that bracket on the side is some sort of good place to keep a hook? Yikes.

Hook needs to be centered, or two of them spaced nicely so ya can lift with some stability.

My compact tractor came with a hook welded center in the floor, back of the bucket. I was contemplating cutting that out of the way on the drive home as it looked so oddly in the way, but a decade or two later the hook is still there and been much used.
