Best friend killed himself last May and before he did, he did a factory rest on his phone. This returned the phone to the way it was before he bought it. Family tried to get Verizon to help them reload the phone from the cloud to get the pics and other data and was told no.
Unless you can get the password, Verizon or Apple will not help.
