Best answer is to get out the owners manual and see what it calls for. I'm not familiar with toyota but in most cases at 100k spark plugs, coolant, trans fluid/filter, axle fluids/timing belt if applicable. I haven't been good about most of this personally either and stuff survives, normally get the plugs at least. Most of the stuff on their list is crazy.
