E.Central MN | Military maneuvers can be dangerous even when the soldiers are just practicing for war, the question that will need to be answered is who in the chain of command determined the route that those soldiers took. It's one thing to lose their lives during the vagaries of an actual combat mission where the terrain might not be known, it's something completely different for them to lose their lives when there was absolutely no reason for it to happen barring some type of mechanical failure such as a helicopter crash. | |
