| Several people have repeatedly told you to ask them very specifically what it will take to buy out of your contract. Talk to them. Tell them very specifically, "I don't have the wheat. What are my options and what will it cost to get out of this?"
You could have bought futures to help offset some of the risk (basis still would have been open). Unfortunately, its going to cost you a lot more today than it would have yesterday.
