Farmman, who are you by the way? Anyways I wanted to make a statement about some ears my brother picked. One side of the road was a triple stack RR, CRW, CB, corn on corn with cattle packing it all spring. The other side was CB, corn on bean ground cattle packed also. Both fields turbo tilled and the triple stack corn on corn has a better corn filled and larger ears than the CB on bean ground. I was surprised how the corn on the thin soils has weathered the dry period also. Got good rains north last week and also last night. I am hoping we dont get pounded tonight though, I dont really want to see the creeks out in the morning. It would be nice get to have a nice harvest season.
