If you don't have the support of the military, you'd have a pretty big uphill fight. I would be more worried about hunter drones than an F16. Just ask any insurgent or Tali, if you can find one that survived an attack by one....
Vietnam vets were some warriors in there day, but all the ones left are 70 yrs old now.
