ec. nebr. | All of it, as I paid taxes on it all this time. But you know the saying--"Death and taxes" are both unavoidable. How are you going to know when to sell? This crash you talk about, I am sure there are a lot of folks waiting for 20 yrs. and never end up buying land because it is always too high today!!!!! Will they buy in the crash? Or be scared it will go lower? My bet is higher first from now!!
