No, free speech still exists. You can start your own website to have free discourse on. You can stand on the corner and tell people what you believe. You can put up a billboard. Start a newsletter.

You just can't force a company you don't own to put up your free speech. Same with this website. I don't own it and my comments can be removed at any moment by the admins. More power to then. I have no rights on this website they don't grant me.

Section 230 keeps Twitter, Facebook, etc from being liable for someone says on their program. It essentially makes them the modern day "town square" . this is what they wanted to be when they started their companies

If they want to censor people then section 230 needs to be repealed and they would then become publishers.

Apple and Google are essentially demanding Parler waive its Section 230 rights while hiding behind their own

People calling Trump a Facist and Dictator are idiots- Facist don't get banned from Social Media in the country they are in charge of while banning speech that you disagree with or don't like is Facism

Also these tech companies are monopolies by the letter of the law and need to be broken up
