Southeast Colorado | Yah, I too worry about "fixed" interest bank loans.
We talked about that here a couple of weeks ago. If for some reason the interest rates really started jacking up I can only imagine that the banks would start calling even current loans in. It's obvious they all have the clause that says they can for ANY reason. For a point or two they wouldn't do it............but see this deal up 10+ and we'll probably find out how good of ole'boys our banks are. | |
